What is the warranty?

If within one year from date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Spyderco Inc. will repair or replace it, at Spyderco Inc.'s option, free of charge, to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to: a) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, throwing or dropping or other form of abuse; b) units subject to unauthorized repair, disassembly or alteration; or c) units not used in accordance with instructions provided with the product. This warranty service is available by returning the product and original receipt, postage prepaid to Spyderco, 820 Spyderco Way, Golden CO 80403. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so this warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.


I've lost the Clip(s) for my BaliYo. Are replacements available?
